Justin Timberlake pleaded not guilty to a DWI charge Friday.
According to Deadline and People, the "Mirrors" hitmaker appeared at a virtual court hearing from Europe and pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated which stems from a June arrest.
The outlets reported that Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace also suspended the singer's drivers license in New York just weeks after the incident in Sag Harbor, New York, a village in The Hamptons about 100 miles from New York City.
The "Selfish" singer, who is currently on his mammoth Forget Tomorrow World Tour, is set to perform Saturday night in Antwerp, Belgium.

In a statement obtained by USA TODAY on July 29, his attorney Edward Burke Jr. said Timberlake was "not intoxicated" at the time of his DWI arrest, adding that "police made a number of very significant errors in this case."
"Justin respects law enforcement and the very important job that they do. He cooperated with the police officers at all times and treated them with the respect they deserve," Burke continued. "He also respects the entire judicial process including the District Attorney and Judge who were in court today."
He added: "We are confident that this charge will be dismissed."
Due to similar comments made by Burke to reporters after a court hearing a week ago on July 26, Judge Irace threatened to enforce a gag order or request that Timberlake appear in person, which would cause him to miss dates on the European leg of his tour.
Timberlake was pulled over in his 2025 BMW after failing to stop at a stop sign and "maintain his lane of travel." "Upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated position," according to the Sag Harbor Village Police Department
In March, he released his sixth solo album "Everything I Thought It Was." with the lead single "Selfish." The album, which marked Timberlake's first album since 2018's buzzy "Man of the Woods."
